The Same Six Steps.
Every Single Project.
Predictable process is how we protect your schedule. No improvisation, no scope creep, no surprises at energization.

Mobilization
Crew dispatch, equipment staging, and site-specific safety orientation within 72 hours of NTP. We confirm laydown yard access, coordinate with the GC on traffic control, and establish our own tool inventory and PPE accountability before a single bolt is touched.

Material Receiving
Every transformer, switchgear section, and conduit run is received against the approved bill of materials, inspected for shipping damage, and tagged to its installation location before it touches the ground. Discrepancies are logged in our field RFI system and escalated to procurement within the same shift.

Mechanical Assembly
Structural steel erection, transformer setting, switchgear placement, and equipment anchoring to engineered foundations. Torque values are recorded against the manufacturer's spec sheet for every bolted connection. Nothing moves to electrical until the mechanical QA package is stamped.

Electrical Termination
Primary and secondary cabling, control wiring, grounding grid, and lightning protection installed to the approved single-line and wiring diagrams. Every termination is documented with a photo and point-to-point continuity test result. No assumption, no verbal confirmation — documented proof only.

Testing & Commissioning
Relay coordination, protection scheme verification, insulation resistance testing, and functional checks on every breaker, disconnect, and interlock. We coordinate directly with the utility interconnection engineer and the equipment OEM to run the sequence of operations before we ever request an energization date.

Energization
Coordinated energization sequence executed with the utility operations center, witnessed by the owner's engineer. We provide a complete as-built redline package, a final punch list with zero open items, and a commissioning report before we demobilize. The project is done when the meter spins — not when we leave.
Seen enough? Let's talk scope.
"We handed Torque the Ridgeline Wind Phase II interconnection package in October — 138 MW, four substations, 11-week window. They were energized on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. That's the first time in eight years a subcontractor beat our commissioning date without a single change order."

trying to energize.
We'll respond within one business day with a crew availability check and a preliminary scope outline — no boilerplate proposals, no sales deck.
Two-page spec sheet for your bid package — certifications, crew classifications, equipment list, and recent project references.
